Ø  Consultancy for setting-up new projects right from conception of idea to commencement of commercial production/operation in the scheduled time. The assistance includes discussion and/or guidance to identify the project, prepare the pilot project report for the satisfaction of the client in the first stage and in the second stage-preparation of detailed project reports, appraisal of the project and active liaison with the financial institution and govt. agencies etc. for getting the financial assistance and statutory clearances for the projects.

 Ø  Specialization in developing financing patterns, arranging long term & short term finances from various sources like term lending institutions, banks, mutual funds, capital market (Public Issue), etc.

 Ø  Arranging finance for big infrastructure projects, residential/commercial housing projects, NBFCs, power projects and hotel projects etc.

 Ø  Extensive experience of handling project consultancy assignments which include infrastructure projects, granite & marble project, domestic appliances, medium scale cement plants, oxygen gas plant, hotels, medical equipments, edible oil units, disposable glasses/cup etc. with cost of project ranging from Rs. 1 Crore to Rs. 50 Crores.

 Ø  Arrangement of fund based (working capital limit) and non-fund based (bank guarantee/letter of credit) financial assistance from the banks, preparation of CMA data, and improvement of various financial indicators for negotiating better interest rate from the banks. The division has successfully handled various funds based and non – fund based proposals ranging from Rs. 25 lacs to Rs. 25 crores.

Ø  Preparation of a business plan, cash flow projections, budgets, and trading forecasts.
